My real name is Raquel but I'm used to be called Kelly. I've been in the corporate world (BPO Industry) for 7 years until the COVID-19 pandemic started, and that's when I decided to become a full pledge freelance virtual assistant & graphic designer.

I took several free and paid training courses related to my niche because I love to learn more and get feedback from others.

I put a lot of effort into my work with motivation, dedication, and integrity.
